Creator Cash — Official Rules

The Sacavia Creator Cash program ("Program") rewards eligible participants ("you") with cash for creating and posting original short-form videos that feature the Sacavia mobile application and reach defined view milestones. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

The Program is operated by Sacavia ("we", "us"). By submitting a video you agree to these Official Rules.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) at the time of submission.

You must own or control the social media account on which the video is posted, and the account must be public.

Employees of Sacavia and their immediate family members are not eligible.

The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Create an original video that shows the Sacavia app being used to discover a real place (for example, a restaurant, attraction, or hidden gem).

Post the video publicly on TikTok or Instagram Reels.

In the caption, tag @sacavia_app and include the hashtag #sacavia.

Submit the video link through the form at sacavia.com/get-paid. Submission is required to receive a payout — we do not track or pay for videos that are never submitted.

Payouts are based on the number of authentic public views your video has accumulated within 30 days of its original post date:

• 2,000 views — $10

• 10,000 views — $50

• 50,000 views — $150

• 250,000+ views — $500, plus a feature on Sacavia channels

Payouts are per video and are based on the single highest milestone the video reaches; tiers are not cumulative. Each video is eligible for one payout. You may submit a video again only to claim a higher tier it later reaches within the 30-day window.

View counts are verified by us against the public view count displayed on the hosting platform at the time of review.

We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any submission where views appear to be inflated, purchased, bot-generated, or otherwise inauthentic, or where engagement metrics are inconsistent with genuine organic reach.

The video must remain public and unaltered from submission through payout. Deleting, hiding, or removing the required tag or hashtag voids the submission.

Content must be your own original work and must not infringe any third party’s rights.

Content must comply with the terms of service of the platform on which it is posted and with all applicable laws.

Content must not be defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and must not misrepresent Sacavia or its features.

We reserve the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these requirements, in our sole discretion.

By submitting a video, you grant Sacavia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reshare, repost, and display the video and your handle across Sacavia’s marketing channels (including its website, app, and social accounts), with attribution to your handle. You retain ownership of your content.

Approved payouts are made via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App to the account details you provide. Ensure these are accurate; we are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrectly provided account.

Payouts are typically issued within 14 days of verification. You are responsible for any taxes owed on amounts received. Where required by law, we may request additional tax information before issuing payment.

We may cap the total number of payouts or total payout amount over any period, and may pause, modify, or end the Program at any time without notice. Submissions made before a change will be honored under the rules in effect at the time of posting, subject to verification.

This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Apple, or any other platform.

Our decisions regarding all aspects of the Program are final and binding.
