These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sacavia, including the Sacavia mobile app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, profile information, and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

2. User-Generated Content and Conduct

Sacavia includes user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, publish, or share through the Service.

Zero-tolerance policy: Sacavia has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited. Users who violate these standards may be suspended or permanently removed.

3. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Users can report violating content or abusive behavior through in-app reporting tools or our support channels.

5. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
